And- Nami runs away. Really, well, I’m sure she has a good reason! I mean she could have just ran away without a word. At least this way she said she’s interested- but needs some time to let things register before doing something she’ll regret. Getting her emotions together takes some effort.

When I said we would go back to someone else in the group on Monday I meant Wednesday! Because MOTHERS DAY!  Here’s Kate with Baby Ken!  Comic resumes Wednesday! ^_^ (yes- a little bit with Blue and Nami if you were wondering).

They both need a bit of a breather before moving on so it’s a good chance to set up the next bit and poke a bit of fun at his previous comment! After Friday’s update we’ll go check on some other people

Phil and Hue continue to learn about how Phil’s powers work, and they are continually impressed by the methods that the null ability uses to protect it’s user.  So areas recently affected by magic hold enough magic still to be prevented from having an effect on the Null. If a rock were to be thrown into the air with magic and then left for gravity to do it’s thing, it would loose momentum and fall to the side because it had recently been touched by magic. Yet, some things act differently. Why do some thing stop and drop, while other things return from where they came? Why was Lia able to control water into a fluid and gaseous form around Phil? Is it possible that the null power can somehow determine what is a negative effect of magic and a positive effect? Or is there something more behind it? Is Sage done asking questions? Or is he just getting started?  Yeah he’s done, later folks! ^_^

Phil seems awfully excited to try things out. He seems to forget the idea that something may actually hurt when he’s too excited to just see the outcome, but the range and actions on his power seems a little odd as well? Inconsistent? Wonder how they will test that? Have a great weekend everyone ^_^

The chance to really get a feel for how his power actually works. Of course even if he does get slapped around by some rocks it won’t hurt him, but – there’s more to it than that!

Now Phil will finally get some practice in dealing with magic! But does Hue have any training in using a staff?

Patterns? That sounds familiar…

Some other people were working with patterns to develop certain effects with Orichalcum. Oh well, I’m sure that won’t come up again in like a year or two- or 5. I mean really now! Who drops a plot point about something that they don’t follow up on for years later? That’s just silly! *awkward laughing* Enjoy your weekend folks!
